How We Earn
We are paid directly by energy suppliers. Our commission is included within the fixed unit rate and standing charge of your contract. This means:
- No additional costs to you — our fees are already factored into your agreed rate.
- No hidden fees — you’ll always know what you’re paying for.
- Only paid once your invoices are settled — ensuring we stay accountable for the service we provide.

Example: If your electricity rate is 25p/kWh, this includes our 2p/kWh fee. The supplier’s base rate is 23p/kWh.
